If you purchased the program directly from the developer, check your purchase confirmation e-mail for contact information.

When requesting technical support, it is helpful to include the following information:
  • A screenshot or exact verbiage of any error messages.
  • A list of troubleshooting steps you may have already taken.
  • Other relevant information related to the issue (i.e. what you were doing when it occurred, how many times you received the error, etc.).
